General Rules

Registration fee; It includes the participation of a single person who physically attends the meetings.

Registration fees do not include VAT (20%).

ACCOMMODATION FEES

General Rules

*The package includes 1 nights accommodation and accommodation tax, excluding VAT (10%) at Hilton Istanbul Bakırköy, check in on April 27, 2024 and check out on April 28, 2024.

** Accommodation requests outside these dates can be confirmed depending on the availability of the hotel. It is necessary to contact the secretariat for your requests in this regard.

Important Note: In order to benefit from early period prices for registration and accommodation, requests must be submitted and prepayment must be made until 15 March 2024 / 23:59. Late registration prices will be applied for requests and payments made after this date. Registration confirmations will be given after payment is made. In addition, if no prepayment is made until March 15, 2024/23:59, registration fees will be automatically budgeted through late request.

TRANSFER FEES

• Transfer Fee; valid for a single person.
• VAT (20%) is not included in transfer fees.
• Due to the increase in fuel prices, transfer prices may vary.
